The resort is located mid-way along the road to the peak of 5000 feet high Mt Popa. It is about 40 minutes drive from the ancient Buddhist archaeological site of Bagan and Nyaung U. This forested mountain is an oasis of the central dry zone of Myanmar. The weather is cool and pleasant here in the resort and in the forest.

International eco-friendly resort is overlooking the 2500 feet Popa Taungkalat (a cooled down volanic plug shaped like a up-side-down cup) where there are monasteries and spirit houses (called "Nut" in Myanmar).
