Garden, flowers and lakes  Main building
Kandawgyi Hill Resort (Kandawgyi Lodge) is located in the popular hill resort town of Pyin Oo Lwin (also called Maymyo) at the elevation of around 3600 feet above the sea level. It is about 69 km to the east of Mandalay.

The resort is situated next to the National Kandawgyi Gardens and the lake. There are no telephone and television in the 15 guest rooms. Television is provided in the sitting lounge in the main building.

Bungalows

The cafe serves meals and drinks. Interesting things to do are:
  • Walk in the National Kandawgyi Garden, an area of 436 acres including forests, lakes and flowering plants
  • Vsit of Pwe Kauk and Ani-Sakan waterfalls
  • Visit of Goteik viaduct and Peik-Chin-Myaung caves
  • Visit of Maymyo town with colonical style buildings, horse-drawn-carts and many different ethnic people
